Capcom released a new trailer for Devil May Cry 5 at the Tokyo Game Show today, showing series all-time favorite Dante. Devil May Cry 5 TGS trailer also revealed the third playable character V who will join Dante and Nero in their quest to stop the demon invasion.
As you can see in the above trailer, Dante is using his featured weapons: the sword Rebellion and handguns Ebony and Ivory. There is also a brand new weapon, the motorcycle that splits into a pair of bladed weapons, which was teased in the last trailer. In the latter half of the trailer, you can see Dante’s Devil Trigger Transformation which is a sight to behold.
A tribute to the Mega-man, I presume? Nero is getting an all new devil breaker, the classic Mega-Man inspired Mega Buster which you can see in the above trailer.
The Mega Buster is a Deluxe Edition Exclusive item along with three others. The exclusive devil breakers include the Sweet Surrender, a vibrator designed to “relieve tension” Emphasis on relieve. The Pasta Breaker, an arm that “makes pasta extra easy to eat” but is “not particularly useful in battle.”
Trish and Lady also made a guest appearance in the trailer and will be joining Dante in his quest.
Devil May Cry 5 is coming to PC, PlayStation 4 and XBOX One on March 8, 2019.
