With Tokyo Game Show right around the corner, lots of announcements and trailers have started to roll out. Japanese publisher Cygames has also released trailer for it’s upcoming title Project Awakening.
Project awakening is an an action role-playing game, set in the medieval era where humans and dragons exist together. The trailer talks about the end of a peaceful era and the awakening of the “wolves of war”. The main protagonist is part of these wolves and is hunting down the dragon which he later fights in the trailer.
During the fight, the way in which dragon seamlessly moved up and down the terrain is certainly impressive. At the end of the trailer, the main protagonist come across giant enemies which looked like a mix between humans and demons. Although only two types of enemies are shown so far, it is clear that the game will focus on enemies other than dragons. Hopefully, we will see different enemies as more trailers come out.
The stunning graphics and the unique gameplay will separate the game from other titles in the genre.
Project Awakening will release exclusively for PS4.
