Developer Cyanide Studio has released another gameplay trailer for their upcoming title “Call of Cthulhu”. This time the trailer delves deeper into the mysteries of the Darkwater Island.
Call of Cthulhu trailer showcases the various ways players can investigate the Lovecraftian horrors of Darkwater Island. Playing as the lead investigator, Edward Pierce you must uncover the truth. But as Edward Price investigates the scenes of crime for clues, he’ll uncover the conspiracies, bizarre cultists, and cosmic horrors of the island.
Since Edward is a normal human being as well, even he loses his sanity when the bizarre things happening around him crosses a certain limit. When Edward loses his sanity, it becomes harder for him to draw logical conclusions and his perception of reality changes.
Call of Cthulhu, an official adaptation of Chaosium’s tabletop role-playing game, launches Oct. 30 on Windows PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
